The management board of FRANK GmbH

FRANK GmbH, located in Mörfelden (close to Frankfurt) is a company managed by the two owners of FRANK. Primarily, the management feels responsible for their customers and employees. High quality products and service are the main concern of our management board.

Mr. Thomas Frank

(Managing director)

In 1993 Thomas Frank started his work in the family enterprise. Since 1998 he is responsible for the technical department of FRANK GmbH.  2003 he assumed the shares from the founder Philipp Frank. After his retirement, Thomas Frank switched to the management of FRANK GmbH.

Dr. Christian Habedank

(Managing director)

Dr. Christian Habedank takes the responsibility in 2001 for the international activities of FRANK GmbH. In addition, he assumed control in 2005 of the semi-finished products in Germany. Due to the retirement of Gerd Metz, he changed into the general management of FRANK GmbH.

Together both managing directors are responsible for sales, personnel management, accounting and furthermore manage the investment portfolio and the different subsidiaries of FRANK group.

Mr. Werner Altenhof

(Sales manager - civil engineering, authorised signatory)

Werner Altenhof works since 1987 at Frank GmbH and is responsible as sales manager for the complete civil engineering. In cooperation with the department managers of our individual product sectors, he manages our product divisions sewage and environmental technology, geothermal energy, geotextiles as well as gas and water supply.

Mr. Ullrich Lehmkuhl

(Sales manager - industry , authorised signatory)

Ullrich Lehmkuhl works at Frank GmbH since 1989 and is responsible for the industrial area. In cooperation with the department managers of our individual product sectors, he manages our product divisions industrial pipe systems, plastic valves and semi-finished products.

Together both Messieurs manages the sales force of FRANK GmbH.

Mr. Manfred Pfitzner

(Director accounting)

Manfred Pfitzner works since 1983 at FRANK GmbH and is responsible for the accounting and controlling. Furthermore, he supervises together with his team the accounting of the different national subsidiaries of FRANK GmbH.
