Our high quality SURELINE and SurePEX piping systems made of PE 100-RC and PE-Xa ensure a safe and sustainable transport in the gas and potable water supply field. SURELINE and SurePEX piping systems allow for conventional methods of laying underground pipes such as trenchless and sand bed free installation. Frank GmbH is the only leading supplier offering a complete piping system (pipes, electro-fusion fittings, spigot saddles, etc.) made of the high crack-resistent material PE 100-RC. It makes for a simple method to weld a permanent bond even under rough conditions. Our entire gas and potable water pipings systems meet the highest requirements and standards in Germany.
Made in Europe
Our SURELINE and SurePEX-pipes are produced in modern German and Austrian production facilities with raw high-performance materials. This ensures consistent high quality and long service life of our products.

High stress cracking resistance
For higher operational safety, we offer exclusively PE 100-RC and PE-Xa materials with high resistance to slow crack growth compared to normal PE 100 materials.
Cost effective installation thanks to high quality material
Old and damaged piping systems made of traditional materials like cast iron or clay pipes are frequently reconditioned with long-lasting and simple to install PE-pipes. Due to the cost effectiveness of trenchless laying methods such as milling, ploughing, relining, and horizontal
directional drilling, grain sand bed free laying methods in importance for new installations. For sand bed free installation we recommend SURELINE® and SurePEX pipes, which were specifically developed for this purpose.
SURELINE- und SurePEX-pipes in Full Notch Creep Test
With the Full Notch Creep Test the resistance to slow crack growth is tested. SURELINE pipes made of PE 100-RC material proving with 8760 h a 30 times higher life time according to the PAS 1075 classification. SurePEX pipes made of crosslinked polyethylene (PE-Xa) confirm the excellent properties. SurePEX pipes reach with 65.000 h under the same conditions an even higher service time.
Field of Application for Sureline and SurePEX-Pipes
Physiological harmlessness of PE 100-RC
PE (polyethylene) complies in its composition with the relevant food regulations (according to BGA and KTW guidelines). Furthermore, the PE pipes and fittings have been tested and approved for potable water suitability.
