Simply safely gating

For safe gating, ASAHI ball valves type 21 are the simplest solution.

The free, circular passage in the "OPEN" position promotes low pressure losses. The ball allows quick shut-off of the flow.
One of the features of our ASAHI Type 21 ball valve is the wide range of connection options. The head flange dimensions according to DIN EN ISO 5211 allow easy automation. For outgassing media, we recommend the ASAHI ball valve with vented ball.

The plastic-compatible special thread on the valve fitting achieves significantly higher pull-out strengths than with conventional pipe threads. Increased operational reliability is achieved with the aid of a double shaft seal. A mounting bracket is integrated for easy installation.

Monobloc ball valve type 27

Safe solution made of PE, PP and PVDF - without screw connection and also in ATEX version

The monobloc ball valves type 27 are available in different materials and seals, adapted to the respective application. In ATEX-compliant design made of electrically conductive plastic, with the pneumatic actuator and limit switch box also in ATEX-compliant design, nothing stands in the way of using plastic valves for particularly corrosive media, even in potentially explosive areas. Monoblock design avoids unwanted loosening, for example in outdoor applications with cold/hot changeover. The ball valves type 27 are available from DN15 - DN150.
