Durable. Economical. Safe.
EXNER valves have proven their worth in process engineering for over 50 years. As early as the 1960s, EXNER developed the first plastic globe control valve, thus laying the foundation for the product range of these control and special valves. Today, these valves are manufactured and further developed by FRANK.
The use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, in steel pickling, in chlorine chemistry as well as in water treatment clearly show the advantages of this valve technology made of plastic. The valves are manufactured in a modern manufacturing center in Mörfelden, Germany, certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Only tested materials are used. CAD-supported designs as well as differentiated process data control guarantee the optimum design of the control valves for successful use by our customers.
The degree of automation of a plant defines the scope of accessories for the globe control valve. FRANK's service includes not only the supply of suitable accessories, but also the trouble-free procurement of spare parts. We are your contact for demanding applications!
With the help of our Computational Fluid Dynamics software, CFD for short, we can realistically simulate the behavior of fluids in dynamic processes such as wall friction, turbulence, flow rate, etc. Our globe control valves are thus precisely matched to your application and special designs optimized in advance.
