Our double containment pipe systems allow monitorable and safe media transport in almost all pipe dimensions (d 20 to DN 3500 mm). For the control of the interstitial spaces we supply the appropriate leakage monitoring systems. We also supply the appropriate welding technology.

Poly-Flo double containment pipe system
Poly-Flo from AGRU is a new and extremely compact double containment pipe system made of high-quality PE and PP. The pipes and fittings of the system are completely extruded or segment welded (butt welding) or molded in one manufacturing process. The considerably reduced component dimensions allow easy installation even in confined spaces. The spacers in the pipe and fittings are extruded end-to-end, so that the pipe can be shortened as required.

The PKS-Secutec system is a semi-double-walled wound pipe made of PE 100 or PP-R with leakage monitoring. Due to the profiled structure of coiled pipes, it is possible to produce a kind of sandwich profile with an internal monitoring chamber. PKS®-Secutec has currently successfully passed all tests and is now the first pipe system of this type to have DIBt approval.

AGRUSAFE double containment pipe system
The AGRUSAFE double pipe is a double pipe made from two similar pipe materials. In contrast to the Poly-Flo double pipe, this is made up of individual components (pipes and moulded parts). The inner pipe is supported in the outer pipe and the pipe ends of both the standard pipe rod and the moulded parts are firmly fixed. This "fixation" makes it possible to connect the components by means of simultaneous welding.
Advantage
In applications where the service pipe (inner pipe) is subjected to higher stresses, PVDF and ECTFE pipes and fittings are used in addition to PE and PP. The different materials cannot be welded simultaneously. In this case, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are welded separately (cascade welding).

FRANK Surecontrol double containment system
The FRANK Surecontrol double containment pipe system is particularly compact, can be flexibly combined and is prefabricated for cascade welding. Depending on the requirements, the media pipe can be made of PE 100-RC, PP, PVDF, ECTFE, PE-el or PPs-el. The outer pipe is made of high-quality PE 100-RC as standard. The proven cascade welding process is used as the joining technique. In the first step, the inner pipe is joined by heating element butt welding or infrared welding. The outer pipe is then welded by means of a conventional electrofusion socket.

FRANK-Safety floor inlet
The motto of the new FRANK safety floor inlet pots is "double-walled from the inlet point to the end of the double pipe". The new FRANK safety base inlet pots complete the FRANK double pipe programme. Integrated into the PE double-pipe systems Poly-Flo and AGRUSAFE, they are primarily used for the surface drainage of storage and handling areas, as well as safety floor inlets for surfaces in wet rooms inside buildings.
Provided there are no restrictions regarding the chemical resistance of the pipe material, the liquids can be safely discharged into the double pipework via the FRANK safety floor drain. Critical transitions between conventional, single-walled floor inlets and the double pipework always represent a potential hazard, which can be minimised by the FRANK safety floor inlet.
Due to their special design, FRANK double containment systems enable seamless monitoring of the media-carrying inner pipe. An unwanted media leakage can be detected immediately, easily and reliably via the existing annular space by means of our leak monitoring systems. By precisely localizing the leakage point, you can significantly reduce repair as well as maintenance costs.
