Pressed plastic sheets

Compared to extrusion, the pressing process allows even thicker sheets to be produced. A particular advantage of pressed sheets are lower internal stress due to the production technology.

You can also choose from a variety of possible materials.

Our range of pressed sheets includes PE and PP polyolefins, as well as partially fluorinated materials PVDF and ECTFE. If electrically conductive materials are required, you can choose between PE-el, PPs-el or PVDF-el. If a material is required that is flame retardant, our pressed liners made of PPs are a good solution.

Regardless of whether chemical resistance, electrical conductive or flame retardent versions are required, with their first-class properties our pressed sheets can safely withstand even extreme conditions.

Wear-resistant and durable Semi-finished products made of thermoplastics have to meet high requirements. Therefore, we have been using high-quality raw materials for decades. Thanks to their excellent material properties, our semi-finished products are resistant to acids or alkaline solutions and are suitable for containers requiring test certificates. Our electrically conductive materials are available for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
